A few entries were submitted into the UK Songwriter Contest this year. On our initial submission we made it into the semi-finals with our song, "Life's About the Little Things" in two categories ie. Country Category and Lyrics Category. The news was shared with fellow co-writers - David and Merelyn Carter, Mary V I Harrison, Sam Bellamy, Robyn Hull and John Collins. We were stoked.

Now that the final results for 2018 are out, we didn't win, but we did make it into the finals in both categories, so that's a great result to be in the top 1 - 2% according to the judge's scoring explanation.
